So often, the scenes are trite and repetitive. Exploring his hardships and then finding his peace with Natalia. Kept them enslaved in the bowels of the catacombs under your family home. Well after reading the earlier books in the series, I was looking forward to reading Sevin. Not to mention the arrival of a fountain has a strange but strong pull on Lucien. This one is actually a collection of two stories — a longer one, which gives this book its title, elizabsth Sevin Satyr, and a shorter, almost epilogue-like story for the remaining unwed Satyr elizabteh Lucien. In the end, I find Sevin to be a dismaying kind of boring. Amber is truly a maestro. We are all here for the sex.
The villain is always one dimensional and possesses one or more of the following qualities: These three people are thrown together, forced to endure.
Maybe he just likes seeing his girlfriend having sex with his brother — wait, I did mention that those two are brothers, right? Sevin would not let him die. Would I have wanted longer more detailed stories for these two brothers?

Once I started skimming, I eventually put the book down and I have zero desire to pick it back up. I was shocked to see that I hadn’t written a review of any of the books in this series since I’ve read them all. I find that even when a large period of time has pasted between reading the books in this series, I still feel like I am re-reading the same story with the characters having different names.

It is not my favorite of the series, but for fans of the series still worth reading.

Both stories concerning Sevin and Lucien end far to abruptly. This book is a DNF for me. The Salone has been enormously successful, but now humans know that beings from ElseWorld walk among them and they react in a not very nice manner.
